SAN FRANCISCO – February 2, 2026Alpine Investors, a people-driven private equity firm, today announced the promotion of Jacob Zodikoff to Partner; Bill Allen to CFO; and six employees to Principal.

Jacob Zodikoff has been promoted to Partner. Since joining Alpine in 2017, Zodikoff has played a central role on the investing team, co-leading new thesis development, market evaluation, and underwriting. He currently serves on the Board of five portfolio companies across a range of sectors. Zodikoff earned a degree with distinction from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia.

Bill Allen has been promoted to Chief Financial Officer. Allen joined Alpine in 2021 and has been instrumental in scaling the firm’s financial operations and reporting infrastructure. Previously, he was a Principal at MidOcean Partners and Controller at Leeds Equity Partners. Allen holds a BS in Accounting from Lehigh University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

The firm also promoted six team members to Principal: Sean Offner, Rohan Singh, and Leeraz Zuo on the investing team; and Nora Davis, John Drago and Thomas Ulricson on the sourcing team.
