Alex joined Alpine in 2022 and oversees the Legal, Compliance, and ESG functions. Since joining, Alex led the legal processes for the firm’s oversubscribed Fund IX close of $4.5bn in July 2023 and the $3.4bn single-asset continuation transaction to support the continued growth of Apex Service Partners in October 2023, which was the largest single asset CV at the time of closing.
