SAN FRANCISCO – November 10, 2025 – Alpine Investors (“Alpine”) today announced the launch of Mosaic Service Partners (“Mosaic”), a new platform company focused on partnering with and scaling residential window and door replacement providers across the United States. In conjunction with the launch, Mosaic welcomes The Window Experts (formerly known as Houston Window Experts), Weather Tite Windows and Windows on Washington to the platform.

Mosaic is led by CEO Josh Feinberg, the former Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer at ABM Industries. The executive leadership team also includes Head of M&A Brian Willis, CFO Sean Gillick, and SVP of Operations Abhinav Ramani. Feinberg, Willis and Ramani are part of Alpine’s leadership talent ecosystem, bringing a blend of operating and investment expertise, while Gillick contributes over a decade of financial leadership experience. Together, their complementary backgrounds and depth of operational experience position Mosaic to grow into a leading national platform.

Windows on Washington, founded in 2005 by Eric and Tara Novotny and headquartered in Sterling, Virginia, provides window and door replacement solutions throughout the greater Washington, D.C. metro region.
