Graham Weaver Interviewed by The Profile

As Alpine Investors’ Founder and CEO Graham Weaver shared in a conversation with The Profile’s Polina Marinova Pompliano, he believes that time spent working on oneself is the best investment one will ever make.

“Four partners and I just went to Half Moon Bay for three days and just asked big questions looking out at the ocean. It was messy, and we weren’t sure where it was going, and we came up with just the most incredible breakthroughs,” Weaver shared. “Those three days are saving us three years of energy going down the wrong path. I love that — that’s really where I get my energy. So, we spend a tremendous amount of time at Alpine in that kind of messy imagination, creative space. But it saves decades.”
