We’re proud to announce that Alpine Investors was honored by Private Equity International’s PEI Awards 2023 for Secondaries Deal of the Year in the Americas. In highlighting one of the biggest continuation fund deals to have ever closed, PEI awarded Alpine’s $3.4 billion single-asset secondary market transaction to continue its partnership with Apex Service Partners, an HVAC, plumbing and electrical services leader and a portfolio company of Alpine Investors.
