In a MarketWatch article published this week, Senior Reporter Steve Gelsi gives an inside look into Keri Dixon’s experience with Alpine’s CEO-in-Training (CIT) Program. After being selected for CEO-in-Training at Alpine, Dixon landed her first CEO job at Wilson Language Training in 2022, just five years after getting her MBA.
As Gelsi reports, Dixon credits Alpine’s emphasis on attributes of candidates in its selection process for its CEO-in-Training (CIT) program for opening up opportunities to women and people of color to be considered for top management jobs.
“It creates a wider pool than just the people who have climbed up in other organizations,” Dixon told MarketWatch. “Diversity is tied to better performance.”
